Amazing discovery

Did you know that if you put a beam down the center of a span the big span turns into two little spans -- little spans of the type that don't require complicated and expensive engineered joists of the type I've been obsessing over for three days? Did you know?!? Why didn't you tell me? The insurmountable has once again become do-able. Until the next bout of insurmountability, which could happen at any time.....
